Fra i molteplici obiettivi dell'iniziativa anche quello di inserire il Comune di Parlasco nel novero dei paesi affrescati più belli d'Italia (ricordiamo tra i più noti Dozza, Arcumeggia, Orgosolo e Cibiana in Cadore), al fine di creare le condizioni per una costante e duratura crescita culturale e turistica del territorio.
